1. 2. Functional dyspepsia: the main symptoms are flatulence, feeling of fullness, postprandial abdominal pain and so on. Patients need to establish good dietary habits, avoid smoking, alcoholism, if necessary, need to follow the doctor’s advice to use domperidone, mosapride and other drugs to promote gastrointestinal dynamics.
3. Chronic gastritis: typical symptoms include acid reflux, abdominal pain, gastric distension, etc. Patients need to adjust the dietary structure, avoid eating stimulating foods, and at the same time, need to follow the doctor’s instructions to use proton pump inhibitors, such as omeprazole, rabeprazole, etc., as well as mosapride, itopride and other gastric motivation drugs. Antibiotics such as metronidazole and amoxicillin can be used for patients with combined Helicobacter pylori infection.
