Why do stones sometimes flare up and sometimes don’t?

Sometimes stones attack and sometimes they don’t may be affected by a variety of factors such as diet, stone movement, and bile stasis. 1. Diet: When a patient eats foods high in oxalic acid for a long period of time, it may easily lead to stone formation. After adjusting the diet, the rate of stone formation will be slowed down, and there may be occasional episodes or no episodes at all. 2. Stone movement: Stones in the stomach or urinary system may move, and when they move to a narrow place, they may become embedded, leading to stone attacks and sometimes not. 3. Biliary stasis: some patients occasionally biliary stasis will lead to stone attack, when the bile is not stasis, the stone usually will not attack. Stones sometimes attack sometimes not attack may also be affected by obesity and gout and other reasons, should go to the hospital in time.
