How to fix shoulder pain

Shoulder pain may be caused by poor posture, strain injury, frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, etc. It can be relieved by general treatment, physical therapy and medication.
1. Poor posture, strain injury: due to long-term head-down work, incorrect posture, or due to strain resulting in shoulder pain, need to pay attention to rest, adjust posture, and develop good sitting habits.
2. Frozen shoulder: mainly manifested as pain around the shoulder joint and limited activities. 3. Cervical spondylosis: mainly manifested as neck and back pain, stiffness, numbness and weakness of limbs and other symptoms. It can be relieved by improving lifestyle and avoiding prolonged head down. Physical therapy methods such as hot compresses and traction are also available.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as celecoxib and ibuprofen can also be taken to relieve pain symptoms. Surgery is recommended when the condition is severe enough to interfere with work and life.
Shoulder pain may also be caused by other reasons, including the presence of pleurisy, angina and rotator cuff injury. The above medications need to be taken under the guidance of a doctor.
