What’s wrong with the delayed menstruation of breast swelling and nipple pain?

If your period is delayed and accompanied by symptoms such as chest distension, breast swelling, nipple pain, etc., but you usually have regular periods and a normal sex life, you should consider whether you are pregnant or not, and you can test yourself with an ordinary pregnancy test. If it shows two red colors or the other one is a little weaker, you should consider the possibility of early pregnancy, and then test it at intervals. If the two colors are getting deeper and deeper, you can confirm early pregnancy in the uterus by ultrasound examination around 40 days after menopause. If the pregnancy test does not show any sign of conception, you should find out the reason for the delay of menstruation. If the delay is within 7 days, you can observe it without taking any medicine and adjust your work and rest and diet. If the delay is more than 7 days and menstruation is still coming, it is recommended to perform an ultrasound examination to understand the thickness of the endometrium. If it is above 8mm, you can take progesterone orally for 3-5 days and after stopping the medication, there will be withdrawal of bleeding, i.e. menstruation will come. If it is below 7mm, no medication will be used for the time being. It is recommended to take blood test for sex hormone 6 and thyroid function to find out the reason of delay.
