Targeted drugs for ovarian clear cell carcinoma can be broadly categorized into protease inhibitors, such as sunitinib, cabozantinib and nidanib, which are common; immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as pabolizumab; and epigenetic drugs, such as tazemetostat. 1. Protease inhibitors: common ones are sunitinib, cabozantinib and nidanib. The IL6-STAT3-HIF pathway (pro-angiogenic) is more active in clear cell carcinoma of the ovary than in high-grade plasma carcinoma, and it can inhibit cancer cells. 2. Immune checkpoint inhibitors: Pembrolizumab is common. They activate the immune system and stimulate it to kill cancer cells. 3. Epigenetic drugs: there is tazetostat. Disrupt the chromatin remodeling process, thus affecting gene expression. The above three types of drugs inhibit cancer cells through different targeting, but it should be noted that none of the above drugs have approved indications in China, and are still in clinical research. If you suffer from ovarian clear cell carcinoma, you should actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment and don’t give up easily. Please strictly follow the doctor’s prescription for drug treatment and do not use drugs on your own.
