Subplasma fibroids of the uterus usually have little effect if the fibroid is small. If the fibroid is large, there may be compression symptoms, lower abdominal discomfort, tumor torsion and other symptoms, which need to be dealt with in time. 1. Compression symptoms: uterine subplasma fibroid, usually protrudes into the pelvis, if the tumor is too large, it will compress the tissues around the uterus. If it presses the bladder and ureter, it can lead to frequent urination and difficulty in urination. If it presses the rectum, constipation can occur. 2. Lower abdominal discomfort: If the uterine subplasma fibroid is large, it will cause lower abdominal swelling and pain. 3. Tumor torsion: uterine subplasma fibroid may be connected with its tip, and if the tip is torsion due to change of body position, gravity, etc., the patient may suffer from acute abdominal pain, which needs timely surgical treatment. If uterine fibroids are found, the treatment needs to be decided under doctor’s guidance.
