What should I do if I have a nosebleed all the time?

Nosebleeds can be treated by compression, medication or cauterization, and it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to improve the blood routine, coagulation function, nasal endoscopy and other examinations, to the cause, symptomatic treatment.
1. Pressure hemostasis: mainly including finger pressure method or cotton ball gauze pressure hemostasis method, that is, you can pinch both sides of the nose with your fingers or use sterile cotton ball or gauze for filling and pressure hemostasis; it is suitable for the case of small amount of bleeding.
2. Local drug hemostasis: in addition to compression hemostasis, if the amount of bleeding is relatively small, auxiliary drug hemostasis method; that is, the use of hemostatic drugs (such as epinephrine, thrombin, etc.) to locally fill the nasal cavity for a few minutes in order to achieve the purpose of hemostasis.
3. Cauterization method: If the bleeding is not easy to stop, it can be effectively stopped by chemical drugs (such as silver nitrate) or physical means (such as electrocautery, laser cauterization or microwave cauterization, etc.).
