Two days without defecation is a normal phenomenon if it is caused by physiological reasons such as too little diet; it is not normal if it is caused by pathological reasons such as intestinal obstruction and intestinal tuberculosis.
1. Physiological reasons: too little diet, or eating pastries, ham and other deep-processed food, or mental stress and other factors, can lead to no stool or only a small amount of stool production, resulting in two days without defecation and other phenomena, this situation is normal, improve eating habits or emotional adjustment can be relieved.
2. Pathological causes:
(1) Intestinal obstruction: tumors, parasites, intestinal blood transport disorders and other factors can cause partial or complete obstruction of the intestinal lumen, resulting in the contents of the intestinal lumen can not pass through the intestinal tract normally, thus causing constipation, abdominal distension, nausea, abdominal masses and other symptoms and signs.
(2) Intestinal tuberculosis: it is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis invading the intestinal tract, and pulmonary tuberculosis is a common primary lesion, which is mainly infected through the mouth, and can also be caused by hematogenous dissemination and direct spread. Symptoms include abdominal pain, fever, night sweats, afternoon low-grade fever, constipation, and mushy stools.
