Breast fibroids are not recommended for self-testing, but should be judged by a doctor, mainly based on breast visualization and palpation, and pathology results are needed to confirm the diagnosis of the lesion.
Breast fibroma is one of the common benign lesions of the breast, and some of the lesions are small, and the changes in the appearance of the breast are not obvious. However, during palpation, round or ovoid nodules with tough texture and good mobility can be touched inside the breast. If the lesion is large, it may lead to different sizes of the breast on both sides, which can be detected by the patient.
However, there are many causes of lumps within the breast, and it is not entirely accurate to diagnose fibroma lesions solely from breast visualization and palpation. It is recommended that patients seek early medical treatment and diagnose the lesion through comprehensive analysis of breast examination, ultrasound, molybdenum target, pathology and other examination items.
If the patient’s clinical symptoms are not obvious, follow-up observation is the mainstay to monitor the progress of the lesion. If the patient has obvious symptoms, surgical removal of the lesion can be performed to cure the lesion completely.
