What causes dizziness after swimming

Dizziness after swimming may be related to over-exercise, blood pressure fluctuations, lower water temperature and so on.
1. Excessive exercise: If the swimming time is too long and the exercise is large, it will cause the body and limb muscles to consume oxygen and energy too much, which may cause cerebral hypoxia, hypoglycemia and other symptoms that cause dizziness. Timely replenishment of energy can be relieved.
2. Blood pressure fluctuations: the need to hold your breath during swimming, if the time is longer, it may cause hypoxia in the brain, inducing blood pressure fluctuations, causing dizziness.
3. Lower water temperature: When the water temperature is lower, the capillaries in the head shrink, and the blood supply to the brain will be reduced, which will produce dizziness and headache.
It is recommended to control the time of swimming to avoid too much fatigue. If the dizziness has not been able to relieve, you need to go to the hospital for examination, find out the cause and then treated under the guidance of the doctor.
