CPR Compression Positions for Women

The CPR compression site for women is at the junction of the nipple line and the center of the sternum, i.e. the middle and lower 1/3 of the sternum.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation needs to find the correct compression point, the normal compression site is at the junction of the two nipple line and the middle of the sternum, i.e., the middle and lower 1/3 of the sternum, the right hand (or the left hand) palm root close to the patient’s chest mid-point, the hands overlap the cross, the right hand (or the left hand) five fingers are cocked up, the arms are straightened, in the whole process of compression, to maintain the vertical state of the two upper limbs, by the pressure of the upper body to vertical downward compression.
For adults, the range of each compression is usually 5-6 cm, and the compression frequency is 100-120 times/min. After 30 chest compressions, the patient should be ventilated twice, with a compression-ventilation ratio of 30:2.
Typically, one CPR outcome test is performed after five 30:2 CPR cycles have been given to the patient.
