Hypoechoic bladder nodule with clear boundary and regular morphology without obvious blood flow signal is considered to be caused by cysts, inflammation, tumors and so on.
1. The presence of hypoechoic nodules with clear boundaries and regular morphology and no blood flow signal is considered to be a benign nodule, which is usually caused by bladder cysts, and may be related to long-term dietary structure, poor living habits, excessive psychological stress and other factors.
2. If the bladder is infected by bacteria, the inflammation stimulation will form the lesion, at this time, there will also be hypoechoic nodules with clear boundaries and regular morphology and no blood flow signal findings.
3. If there is a tumor in the bladder that may protrude into the bladder, this finding may also occur.
If necessary, patients are advised to undergo further examination, including cystoscopy, to determine whether the so-called bladder nodule is a neoplastic or non-neoplastic lesion.
