Causes of chin acne in summer

Summer chin pimples are often considered to be caused by acne, which can be caused by genetics, the proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes, and a large amount of sebum secretion, etc. Acne can be caused by a number of factors.
1. Heredity: Acne has a certain genetic susceptibility, parents with acne, the offspring have a certain chance of developing acne.
2. Proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes: Proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes will cause keratinization of keratinocytes and hydrolysis of triglyceride lipids in sebum to produce fatty acids, which will stimulate inflammation of hair follicles, resulting in localized pimples, nodules and pustules.
3. Large amounts of sebum secretion: when the androgen level increases after puberty, or an imbalance between the androgen and estrogen levels in the body, it can lead to an increase in sebum secretion. Sebum will provide oil and anaerobic environment for Propionibacterium acnes in the hair follicles, which will easily induce acne.
If patients experience summer chin acne, they need to go to the hospital.
