After 4 months of internal fixation of femoral neck fracture, the rehabilitation exercise mainly includes weight-bearing walking training, lower limb muscle strength training, stability training, functional training, etc.
1. Weight-bearing walking training: in the early stage, partial weight-bearing walking training can be carried out with the assistance of crutches and other aids, and then gradually transitioned to full weight-bearing walking with crutches removed.
2. Lower limb muscle strength training: including weight-bearing squat training, elastic band resistance gluteus, quadriceps, hamstring muscle strength training, weight-bearing heel lift, etc.
3. Stability training: early in Bosu ball, balance cushion and other unstable planes for standing training, from two-legged standing gradually transitioned to single-leg standing, later can increase squatting, touching, throwing and catching the ball and other tasks for training.
4. Functional training: Choose appropriate training according to the patient’s recovery, such as box jumping exercises, running back and so on.
