What’s wrong with the pain on both sides of your ears when you bend over and look down?

A bend head down on both sides of the ear pain may be related to the stenosis syndrome, auricular neuritis and trigeminal neuralgia and other diseases.
1. Stromal Syndrome: Stromal overgrowth or stromal extension to the orientation and morphology of the abnormal factors, resulting from the distal position of the stroma close to the neck nerves in the head forward flexion or turn the neck, by provocation, stimulation or compression, causing pharyngeal pain sensation, reflexive earache or head and neck pain and other symptoms. Therefore, the performance of pain on both sides of the ear occurs when one bends down and lowers the head.
2. Otitis major neuritis: Otitis major nerve starts from the second and third cervical nerves, divides into the three terminal branches of anterior, middle and posterior, and distributes in the parotid gland, the lower part of the chewing muscle, the earlobe, the skin behind the auricle and the mastoid process. If viral infection, allergy and trauma triggers inflammation of this nerve, it can lead to increased sensitivity of the nerve, and when bending down and lowering the head to stimulate the nerve endings, it can be linked to stimulate pain on both sides of the ear.
3. Trigeminal neuralgia: this disease mainly occurs in the maxillofacial area, pharynx, ear and the muscles connected to the hyoid bone (such as the two abdominal muscles) and other areas of trigeminal nerve distribution, the common cause of severe episodic trigeminal neuralgia is not known, and the pain is basically the same in each episode. The pain can be triggered by the muscle extrusion and pulling of the neck tissues when bending over and lowering the head, which induces pain on both sides of the ear.
When bending over and lowering the head, the pain on both sides of the ear, need to actively consult a doctor and systematic examination, timely and clear diagnosis and causes.
