Blisters on the waist may be related to mosquito bites, contact dermatitis, shingles and so on.
1. Mosquito bites: There are a lot of mosquitoes in summer, especially at night when you sleep. If the skin of the waist is bitten by mosquitoes, the toxins will stay in the bitten skin. It is easy to induce insect bite dermatitis, and blisters may appear on the waist, accompanied by itching symptoms.
2. Contact dermatitis: mostly caused by direct or indirect contact with allergens leading to skin allergies, which can be manifested as erythematous blisters on the waist area and accompanied by itchy symptoms.
3. Herpes zoster: Herpes zoster is a skin disease caused by viral infection, which is contagious. Patients may experience erythema and blisters on the waist area, accompanied by varying degrees of nerve pain.
