1. Ordinary type ichthyosis: this type is the most common, usually no self-conscious symptoms. Typical skin lesions are light brown to dark brown rhombic or polygonal scales, the scales are fixed in the center, the periphery of the warping, such as fish scale. It is often accompanied by palmoplantar keratinization and perifollicular keratinization. Lightweight only manifested as dry skin in winter, the surface has fine chaff-like scales.
2. Sexual chain ichthyosis: lesions can be generalized or limited, the two sides of the face, neck, scalp is most seriously involved, the trunk can also be involved in the ventral side. The performance is similar to that of common ichthyosis, with dry and rough skin accompanied by black-brown scales, which does not improve with age.
3. laminar ichthyosis: after birth, the whole body is covered with an extensive layer of asbestos-like membrane, 2 weeks later, the membrane falls off, replaced by brownish-gray quadrangular scales, to the limb flexion side, folds and vulva is the most serious.
4. Congenital herpetic ichthyosis-like erythroderma: herpes appear at birth or shortly after birth, then the whole body can be seen keratinized, warty or ridge-like thick layer of scales, mainly involving the flexure side, skin folds more obvious, often secondary infection.
5. Congenital non-herpetic ichthyosis-like erythroderma: the whole body skin is tense and red at birth, covered with fine scales. The face can be involved, visible lid ectropion, often accompanied by palmoplantar keratosis, some can be accompanied by pemphigus and nail dystrophy.
