At the same time, the patient’s collar and belt should be unbuckled in order to open the airway as much as possible. If the patient has vomiting and increased oropharyngeal secretions during convulsions, the patient’s oropharyngeal secretions and vomit should be wiped in time to avoid serious complications such as aspiration pneumonia and asphyxia due to aspiration. In addition, if conditions permit, the patient can be given relevant sedative drugs, clinically more commonly used is diazepam, chloral hydrate, dormant compounds and so on. At the same time of the above treatment of the patient, the relevant etiology should be clarified, in order to seek the dual treatment of symptomatic and causative.
