Soreness in the back is not necessarily an initial symptom of cancer, but may also be caused by cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, cholecystitis and other reasons. Back pain is a very common symptom, and there are many reasons for back pain, such as cholecystitis can cause radiating pain in the back; pleural lesions can also cause back pain; and there are also some back pain caused by costal neuritis. For back soreness, the cause should be actively searched for, and it is not necessarily cancer. However, if the patient has a family history of tumor, or a history of primary tumor, further examination is needed to exclude the possibility of bone metastasis. If the patient’s back pain and swelling symptoms are not relieved for a long time, he/she should consult a doctor in a timely manner, and under the guidance of a professional doctor, he/she should undergo scientific and reasonable examination and treatment, so as to avoid delaying his/her condition.
