How to relieve spinal pain

Causes of spinal pain include fractures, tumors, and ankylosing spondylitis. The methods to relieve it are surgery, rehabilitation, taking medication and so on.
1. Fracture: often directly or indirectly subjected to violence, with a history of trauma, mild fracture without spinal cord injury can be rehabilitated, while severe fracture requires surgical treatment and continued rehabilitation.
2. Tumor: spinal tumor often manifests as pain in the spine, local mass, deformity of the spine, etc. Treatment is mainly based on surgery to remove the tumor, supplemented by radiotherapy or (and) chemotherapy.
3. Ankylosing spondylitis: the condition is slow and not easy to be found, with early manifestation of dull pain and stiffness in the lumbar region, and gradual progression of thoracic vertebrae and cervical vertebrae in the late stage. Treatment can choose anti-rheumatic drugs such as lorazepam, methotrexate, etc., non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as celecoxib, diclofenac, etc., allergic to drugs is prohibited, should be used under the guidance of a doctor, and should not be blindly self-medication.
4. Ligament injury: there will be localized pain, swelling, activity disorders, etc. Mild injury can rest, moderate to severe injury requires braking, taking painkillers such as ibuprofen, etc., and supportive therapy.
