What nutrients does the human body need to consume on a daily basis



There are six categories of basic nutrients that need to be consumed every day, which are proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, minerals, vitamins and water. These nutrients are all needed by the human body, daily life can be taken from food, as follows.

1. Protein: Protein is the material basis of life, every cell in the human body needs protein, many foods in our daily life contain protein, such as soybeans, black beans, animal foods, milk and eggs.

2. Carbohydrates: carbohydrates can provide energy to the body, is the main source of energy intake, daily life can be obtained from fruits, rice, flour and sweet potatoes and other foods.

3. Lipids: can provide energy to the body, is the body’s necessary nutrients, the daily intake can not be too high, intake will be too high on the human body health will cause some harm, daily life can be obtained through animal food lipids.

4. Minerals: minerals are essential nutrients for our body to maintain normal life activities, minerals can not be synthesized in the body, must be supplemented from the diet.

5. Vitamins: Vitamins are essential organic compounds that can be obtained from vegetables, fruits and other foods.

6. Water: water is the source of life of the human body, if the human body lacks water, it will cause great harm to the human body, if serious, it will be life-threatening.
