Postoperative CT of breast cancer shows axillary strip-like hyperdense shadow, which is usually considered to be axillary lymph node metastasis of cancer cells or may be normal postoperative changes. 1. Axillary lymph node metastasis of cancer cells: Normal lymph nodes on CT show a ring or semi-circular structure with a low density area in the center. When the CT of breast cancer after surgery shows the axillary strip-like increased density shadow, axillary lymph node metastasis can be suspected. Puncture biopsy can be performed to confirm the diagnosis. 2. Normal postoperative changes: axillary barred hyperdense shadow is not necessarily metastasis, but may also be postoperative changes of breast cancer. Further examination, such as puncture tissue biopsy, is needed to further clarify the diagnosis. Patients must maintain a positive mindset during treatment, eat a light diet, eat more vitamin-rich vegetables and fruits, such as apples, grapes, tomatoes, etc., and quit smoking and drinking at the same time. CT cannot be the final assessment of whether there is metastasis, please go to the hospital for further examination to clarify the diagnosis, and cooperate with the doctor to standardize active treatment.
