Acute cholecystitis mainly manifests as fever with right upper abdominal pain, which is mostly paroxysmal colic; acute cholangitis often has more serious symptoms, and on the basis of fever, jaundice, abdominal pain, shock or even delirium may occur. 3. Hepatocellular carcinoma: patients with hepatocellular carcinoma have no obvious symptoms or performance in the early stage, and when there are obvious symptoms, they are already in the middle or late stage, including discomfort or pain in the liver area, enlarged liver, mass in the right upper abdomen, jaundice, fatigue, emaciation and so on. 4. Cirrhosis: when the symptoms of cirrhosis are obvious, the patient is already in the stage of decompensation, and the patient mainly manifests liver insufficiency and portal hypertension, the former includes maldigestion and absorption, malnutrition, jaundice, bleeding tendency, anemia, endocrine disorders, etc.; the latter is mainly upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by splenomegaly, ascites and rupture of varices in esophagogastric fundus veins and hemorrhage. Patients suspected of having hepatobiliary diseases are recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible for consultation, so that the diagnosis can be clarified as soon as possible and then treated accordingly.
