Torasemide belongs to a kind of sulfonylurea pyridine diuretic, acts on the thick segment of the ascending branch of the medullary collaterals of the renal tubule, inhibits the Na+/K+/2Cl- transport system, and increases the excretion of potassium, sodium, chloride and water.
