Surgery for thyroid tumor can be simple adenomectomy, thyroidectomy of most part of the thyroid gland, total thyroidectomy and so on. 1. Simple adenomectomy: For patients with small thyroid tumors, the adenoma can be simply removed. 2. Majority thyroidectomy: under normal circumstances, most of the affected side will be removed, and the isthmus can also be removed at the same time, which is mainly limited to early stage 1 or 2 thyroid cancer. 3. Total thyroidectomy: for the case of bilateral thyroid lesions, if the clinical diagnosis belongs to high-risk factors, most of the lobes of both glands or all of the thyroid gland can be removed, including the surrounding affected peritoneum.
