Gallbladder neck stones and choledochal duct stones belong to gallbladder stones, for symptomatic and/or complications of gallbladder stones, cholecystectomy is the preferred treatment. 1. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the first choice for surgical treatment, and the specific indications for surgery are: ① the number of stones and stone diameter ≧ 2-3cm; ② calcification of the gallbladder wall or porcelain gallbladder; ③ accompanied by gallbladder polyps ≥ 1cm; ④ thickening of the wall of the gallbladder (>3mm), that is, accompanied by chronic cholecystitis; ⑤ children’s gallbladder stones: asymptomatic, in principle, no surgery. 2. After removing the gallbladder, one should choose whether or not to carry out choledochotomy according to the situation. If there is obstruction, lesion or dilatation of choledochotomy with a diameter of >1cm, as well as gallbladder stones are too small, it is recommended to carry out choledochotomy for preventing complications, and to drain the choledochotomy in the postoperative period. If symptoms such as pain in the upper abdomen after a full meal, eating greasy food or changing position during sleep occur in normal times, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, follow the doctor’s advice and get treatment as soon as possible.
