Level 4 plague epidemic warning refers to the general plague warning, at present, China’s plague warning is divided into four levels, as described below:
1.Grade 1 plague warning refers to a particularly significant plague epidemic, which develops in large and medium-sized cities, or spreads to more than two provinces. Then again, there is a loss of a strong strain of plague.
2. The second level of plague warning refers to a major plague epidemic, generally refers to a county or city level administrative area, in an incubation period of more than five cases of pneumonic plague or septicemic plague epidemic; or spread to two counties and municipalities in the administrative area; in a county or city in an incubation period of more than 20 cases of adenomatous plague occurred in a concentrated.
3. Third-level plague warning refers to the larger plague epidemic, generally refers to a county and municipal administrative areas within a latent period occurred 1-4 cases of plague or septicemic plague epidemic; in a county and municipal level of a latent period focused on the occurrence of 1-19 cases of adenomatous plague.
4. The fourth level of plague warning is a general plague warning, 1-9 cases of adenomatous plague occurring centrally within one incubation period at the county and municipal levels.
