Chinese medicine can relieve cancer pain.
Chinese medicine classifies pain into pain without communication and pain without honor. When Chinese medicine practitioners diagnose and treat patients through looking, smelling, questioning and cutting, and prescribe reasonably, they may be able to alleviate the cancer pain of patients.
Traditional Chinese medicine classifies pain into pain caused by non-communication and pain caused by non-glorification. Pain caused by non-communication can be treated with medicines that relieve tendons and activate collaterals, such as leeches, scorpions, white mustard seeds, and so on. Pain caused by non-glorification can be treated with herbs that tonify qi and nourish blood, such as astragalus, angelica and chuanxiong.
Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of pain is mainly pain due to non-communication and pain due to non-glorification. For cancer patients, as long as their symptoms are recognized, and their qi, blood, yin and yang are regulated and balanced through reasonable combinations of traditional Chinese medicines, the pain will be relieved. Specific medication needs to be guided by a doctor.
