Cryptogenic Nephritis Symptoms

Occult nephritis symptoms are mainly categorized into simple asymptomatic hematuria, simple asymptomatic proteinuria or asymptomatic hematuria and proteinuria. There are usually no clear clinical symptoms.
1. Simple asymptomatic hematuria. Patients are usually asymptomatic, and hematuria is usually found on microscopic examination. Some patients may develop hematuria after strenuous exercise, infection, or alcohol consumption. Back pain may occur at the same time as hematuria.
2. Simple asymptomatic proteinuria. It is mainly persistent proteinuria, mostly in the form of mild to moderate proteinuria, not accompanied by obvious symptoms.
3. Asymptomatic hematuria and proteinuria. Both may occur at the same time. When there is hematuria, proteinuria may be aggravated, and as hematuria decreases, proteinuria also decreases.
Occult nephritis usually has no obvious symptoms, if there is hematuria and proteinuria, you must consult the regular hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
