Can the Mannix Ring Shrink Adenomyomas?

The Mannion IUD can be useful in controlling adenomyomas, but it does not shrink them. The Mannion IUD, also known as the Mannion IUD, is a localized form of birth control. It releases a small amount of progesterone at a constant rate every day, making the cervix, the environment inside the uterine cavity, and the ovaries less susceptible to fertilization, thus rendering the uterine lining dormant. In addition, it can reduce the amount of bleeding during menstruation and shorten the duration of menstrual bleeding in order to achieve relief of dysmenorrhea. A few adenomyosis lesions grow in a restricted manner, forming nodules or masses in the shape of intermural leiomyomas called adenomyomas of the uterus, which are mainly due to recurrent local bleeding. Therefore, the application of Mannix Ring can reduce local bleeding and thus control the adenomyoma, but it cannot shrink the adenomyoma.
