The treatment of moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma needs to be based on the patient’s own condition, clinical stage and development trend of the tumor, etc. There is no so-called “best” treatment method, so please follow the doctor’s instruction and standardize the treatment, and the commonly used treatments include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy. At present, moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma is classified into stage I, II, III and IV. Stage I: patients with moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma are preferred to be treated with surgery, i.e. lobectomy plus hilar mediastinal lymph node dissection. Some patients with imaging manifestations of ground-glass nodules may choose sublobar resection, including wedge resection and segmental resection. If patients have positive postoperative stumps, systemic chemotherapy and local radiotherapy should be considered. Stage II: For patients with moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma, surgical treatment is the first choice. Surgery includes lobectomy plus hilar mediastinal lymph node dissection, lobectomy, double lobectomy or total pneumonectomy. For patients with poor lung function who cannot tolerate lobectomy, smaller resections may be considered. If patients have positive postoperative stumps, systemic chemotherapy and local radiotherapy should be considered. Stage III: patients with moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma can be treated with preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy, and the surgical approach is lobectomy plus systematic mediastinal lymph node dissection. Stage IV: patients with moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma can receive immunotherapy and stereotactic radiotherapy. In addition, patients with moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma can also choose molecular targeted therapy, such as bevacizumab, COX2 inhibitor, erlotinib, gefitinib, HER2 inhibitor and so on. Patients with moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma should actively cooperate with doctors for treatment.
