Can you drink rosemary in water?

Rosemary can be infused in water. Rosemary is a frequently used spice in Western cuisine, and is especially often used in dishes such as steak and potatoes, as well as in baked goods. It has been used as a food for a long time, and can be safely consumed in water. Rosemary is mainly rich in minerals, a few vitamins, high quality protein, fat, and sugar content is relatively small. Every 100 grams of rosemary contains 218 milligrams of calcium, 104 milligrams of magnesium, 27.9 milligrams of iron, belonging to the calcium, magnesium, iron content is very high food. But rosemary in water doesn’t help with the intake of these nutrients since the vast majority of the minerals are insoluble in water. If you just like the flavor of rosemary, infused water is possible; but if you want to supplement the nutrients, the role is not great.
