What are the main symptoms of abscess chest?

Sepsis can be classified as acute or chronic, depending on the course of the disease, and its symptoms are also different. Patients with acute abscess chest mainly present with local symptoms such as chest pain and heaviness, as well as systemic symptoms such as high fever, shortness of breath and weakness. Chronic septic chests mostly present with chronic systemic symptoms such as hypothermia, wasting, anaemia and hypoproteinaemia.
