Pancreatic injury peritonitis is mostly seen in patients with severe and acute pancreatitis. Pancreatic injury will produce irritation to the peritoneum, and due to conditioned reflexes, patients will experience nausea and vomiting, which are characterized by early stages that usually do not cause peritoneal infection. In the case of hemorrhagic necrotizing peritonitis or edematous peritonitis, the condition will persist without healing and a secondary bacterial infection will develop, forming a secondary bacterial infection peritonitis. Its symptoms can increase with inflammation, producing constant and severe pain. Untimely treatment can lead to various complications and serious consequences, so patients should take early preventive measures to avoid worsening of the condition.
