Grade III breast nodules are mostly benign and usually have no effect on life expectancy. Breast nodules refer to a common disorder of the breast tissue and are categorized into six grades according to the BI-RADS classification. Grade 3 of these are benign nodules. grade 4 to 6 nodules have a malignancy potential ranging from 5% to 100%. Grade 3 breast nodules have a high likelihood of being benign, with up to 98% of them being benign. Most benign nodules can be reviewed regularly, and usually require no special treatment and have no particular impact on life expectancy. If malignancy is suspected at the time of follow-up, it is important to seek prompt medical attention, and can be treated, for example, with surgery, most of which will not affect daily life or life expectancy.
