A woman’s stomach pain after intercourse may be caused by physiological factors such as excessive stimulation or improper position, or may be caused by gynecological inflammation, luteal rupture pathological factors.
1. Physiological factors
(1) overstimulation: if the pain in the abdomen after coitus is relieved soon, it may be due to the strong stimulation of the vagina, abdominal cavity and pelvic organs of women during coitus, which makes women feel pain in the abdomen after coitus.

2. Pathological factors

(2) Rupture of the corpus luteum: If there is sudden and severe pain in the abdomen after intercourse, it may be caused by the rupture of the corpus luteum after it has been squeezed.
Physiological abdominal pain after intercourse is a normal phenomenon, after resting for a period of time, abdominal pain will disappear; if there is frequent abdominal pain after intercourse, it may be caused by pathological factors, and need to consult a doctor in time to avoid delaying the condition.
