In addition to taking the appropriate Chinese herbal soup or Chinese medicine, you can also take 5 grams of raw sun ginseng, 10-15 grams of astragalus, 3-5 grams of cordyceps, once a day from the day of volcano until the end of volcano.  Chinese medicine acupuncture point dressing method is based on meridian theory, select acupuncture points, and then apply medicine. At present, the powder of white mustard seed, musk, Xuan Hu, Gan Sui and Hsian is commonly used, and ginger juice is added to make a thick paste, which is applied to the acupuncture points to not only remove the phlegm in the body, but also to warm the Yang and nourish the lung, thus achieving the unique effect of regulating the functions of the lung, spleen and kidney and increasing immunity. For patients coughing up yellow sputum, hemoptysis, skin wounds, skin ulcers, skin infections, and those who are allergic to the ingredients of the dressing or medicine should be prohibited. For those who have been ill for a long time, are weak or thin, the amount of medication should not be too large and the duration of the dressing should not be too long. For those who have blisters, avoid sweating or local water exposure, and apply topical medication to prevent infection if necessary.  In terms of dietary regimen, generally speaking, people with a cold body should not eat more cold food, and those with a hot body should not eat more warm products.
