Coffee can be consumed in moderation by adult students, but is not recommended for underage students. Coffee contains more caffeine, niacin, B vitamins and other plant nutrients. For adult students, moderate consumption of coffee (caffeine intake of 300mg or less per day) is beneficial to their health, and it can help to refresh the mind and have a positive impact on the mood, as well as help to replenish a certain amount of water in the body. If adult students consume large amounts of coffee (caffeine intake of more than 300mg per day), it can cause insomnia, panic and other physical discomfort. For some adult students who suffer from chronic gastritis, gastric ulcers, and gastroesophageal reflux, coffee consumption can lead to aggravation of symptoms. For underage students, due to the lack of systematic studies, coffee consumption is not recommended for the time being to avoid adverse effects on growth and development.
