Male, 39 years old. Infertility due to varicocele. He had two children after two separate spermatic vein ligation operations. He came to the hospital today for treatment of recurrence. 2. embolism The symptoms disappeared 1 week after the operation, and the varicose vein disappeared on physical examination 1 month later. On repeat imaging, the spermatic vein was occluded. The renal vein and the opening of the spermatic vein did not show contrast reflux.
