What are primary azoospermia and obstructive azoospermia?

Azoospermia is currently the most difficult problem of male infertility. Before the last decade, there was generally no good way to treat azoospermia, but with the continuous development of medical technology, in the last decade, we have gradually had some relatively effective techniques to deal with azoospermia. Overall, azoospermia is divided into two main categories: 1. primary azoospermia: that is, azoospermia caused by the inability of the testes themselves to produce sperm. 2. Obstructive azoospermia: This refers to the absence of sperm in the patient’s semen due to blockage in the epididymis, vas deferens and ejaculatory ducts during sperm transport, even though the testes can produce sperm normally.
