Since our hospital took the lead in carrying out microscopic vas deferens epididymal tube anastomosis in the province in October 2012, we have completed more than ten cases of the operation, and two patients’ wives have already conceived naturally, and sperms have already appeared in the examined semen of several patients, which confirms the success of re-circulation of seminal vas deferens, and the rest of the patients are still in the process of observation. Microscopic tract recanalization is a new treatment method for patients with obstructive azoospermia after epididymitis or epididymal trauma or vasectomy. Its advantages: small damage, quick recovery, high success rate, low cost, most patients can be cured of azoospermia at one time to achieve a permanent cure, avoiding repeated puncture for sperm retrieval for IVF and its expensive cost.
