Why Benidipine is rarely used is an unscientific statement. Benidipine, or benidipine hydrochloride tablets, is still more commonly used in clinical practice.
1. Benidipine hydrochloride tablets are calcium channel blockers, which are more commonly used in the treatment of essential hypertension and angina pectoris, so there is no such thing as rarely used. Like other calcium channel blockers such as nifedipine extended-release tablets, it is used in the treatment of hypertension and angina pectoris.
2. The serious adverse reactions of Benidipine Hydrochloride Tablets include hepatic impairment, jaundice, leukopenia, eosinophilia, increase in creatinine; palpitations, flushing of the cheeks, decrease in blood pressure; headache, vertigo, unsteady gait; constipation, rash, swelling of the face and lower limbs, and so on.
3. Its contraindicated for patients with cardiogenic shock, pregnant women or women at risk of pregnancy and lactating women.
In addition, for the use of drugs, it is recommended to consult a professional doctor in a regular hospital, according to their own disease conditions and indications to standardize and rationalize the use of drugs, to avoid self-medication leading to the occurrence of adverse reactions.
