2. Exercise therapy: avoid prolonged head down, do more exercise for shoulder and neck muscles, such as swimming.
3. Physical therapy: such as massage, traction and so on. Massage can promote local blood circulation, improve muscle stiffness and other symptoms; traction can temporarily relieve nerve root compression and reduce pain.
