What causes lower back pain

Soreness in the lower back may be lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis and so on. 1. Lumbar spinal stenosis: If it is congenital hypoplasia of the spinal canal or lumbar spinal stenosis caused by trauma, inflammation and other reasons, it will compress the cauda equina nerve or nerve root to appear lumbar back pain, and some of the patients are accompanied by intermittent claudication and other symptoms.
