The healing process after clavicle fracture is mainly divided into phase III. The first phase is about 2 weeks after the fracture, which is mainly the pathological process of local hematoma mechanization and absorption caused by the fracture injury. Phase II is about 3-8 weeks after the fracture is the period of bone scab formation, about 3 weeks after the clavicle fracture to generate bone scab, based on the hematoma mechanization of the fracture broken end to generate bone scab connection. Phase III is the time of scab transformation, that is, the time when the scab finally turns into normal bone, the process lasts for a long time, and there is no absolute demarcation between phases III. At the end of hematoma mechanization, the scab has already begun to grow, and at the end of scab growth, some of the scabs have already begun to be transformed into shapes. The duration of each stage is influenced by many factors and cannot be generalized, such as age, physical fitness, nutrition, type of fracture, treatment plan, medication, etc. Regular checkups are needed to clarify pathological changes.
