There is no clear indication of what patients with kidney stones should not eat, but it is not recommended to consume too much calcium-containing food, high sugar-containing food and high oxalate-containing food, which will easily aggravate the condition; in daily life, we should pay attention to adjusting the dietary structure, increasing the amount of drinking water, and strengthening the physical exercise of the body and so on. Calcium-containing foods such as milk and soymilk are more difficult to digest and easy to increase the burden on the kidneys; while foods high in sugar and oxalates such as celery and beets will lead to easier precipitation of calcium oxalate and other ingredients in the kidneys, which may be more likely to contribute to the formation of calcium carbonate kidney stones. In our daily life, we should reduce the intake of the above foods, insist on eating a certain amount of black fungus every day to reduce the incidence of kidney stones, consume more high-fiber foods, which is conducive to controlling the intake of calcium; drink more water to dilute the urine, to avoid the formation of stones from salt aggregation; and have a sensible diet plus exercise, etc., all of which can prevent the formation of kidney stones and dissolve kidney stones. Kidney stone patients need to consult the doctor in time for examination and early treatment.
