1. 2. medication: you can use tincture of benzyl benzoate, benzyl benzoate emulsion and other drugs to kill lice; if the above drugs are ineffective, you can use malathion lotion, ivermectin and other lice-killing preparations; itching is intense, the use of antihistamines, such as cetirizine, ibogaine and so on; secondary infections, the use of antibacterial drugs, such as mupirocin ointment, and so on.
