Pain in the right lower side of the abdomen may be caused by trauma, gastrointestinal dysfunction, acute appendicitis, colon cancer, pelvic inflammatory disease, ureteral stone and so on.
1. Trauma: the right lower abdomen is squeezed, hit, contusion, burn and other traumatic injuries, resulting in skin, subcutaneous tissue and even pelvic and abdominal organs damage and pain in the right lower side of the abdomen.
