Shoulder blade suture pain may be caused by physiological factors such as maintaining a posture for a long time and overwork, or it may be caused by other diseases such as frozen shoulder, myofasciitis, and cervical spondylosis.
1. Physiological factors: If the patient maintains the same position of the shoulder for a long time or carries out heavy physical injury, it may lead to the accumulation of lactic acid in the shoulder muscles. Patients will have soreness in the scapular suture, which is a normal physiological phenomenon.
2. Frozen shoulder: the cause of frozen shoulder is not yet clear, it may be caused by soft tissue degenerative disease, shoulder trauma and other factors. Patients will have shoulder pain, shoulder stiffness, fear of cold and other symptoms, so patients will show scapular suture pain.
3. Myofasciitis: the etiology of myofasciitis is not clear at present, and it is considered to be caused by overloading of muscle fibers, poor posture and other reasons. Patients mainly manifested as local muscle pain, activity limitation, muscle tension, etc. If patients with myofasciitis in the shoulder area will manifest as shoulder crevice pain.
4. Others: Scapular pain may be caused by cervical spondylosis, cholecystitis, gallbladder stones, lung cancer, trauma and so on.
After excluding physiological factors, scapular crevicular pain requires timely medical examination of the cause of the disease, and the patient should follow the doctor’s instructions to choose the appropriate measures for treatment.
