Lung cancer tops the list of malignant tumors in the world in terms of annual incidence (1.6 million) and annual death (1.4 million), and the number of deaths due to lung cancer in China has accounted for the first place of all causes of cancer deaths, which is over 20%, and over the years, the prevalence of lung cancer continues to rise. According to oncologists’ prediction, if no active intervention is done, the annual number of lung cancer cases in China will be as high as 1 million by 2025, and China will become the world’s largest lung cancer country.
